Consultations are held online by video; no in-person visit is required. Scheduling covers US time zones from Eastern (ET) to Pacific (PT): morning slots in Europe correspond to evening slots in the US and vice versa, so both morning and evening appointment windows are available. Consultations are conducted in Russian, English, and Ukrainian. The initial visit for a patient with your diagnosis focuses on history and existing test results.
The core panel includes more than 50 biomarkers. In the US, blood can be drawn at Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp, both operating nationwide. Direct-to-consumer panels, such as Ulta Lab Tests, are also available and can be ordered without a referral from a local physician. The patient receives the exact list of markers before booking; results are returned electronically and are reviewed before the next consultation.
Payment is made in US dollars (USD). Follow-up runs on a fixed cycle: weekly check-ins between consultations, during which the patient reports symptoms and home measurements and receives written feedback. Protocol adjustments are driven by biomarker dynamics rather than subjective impressions: a control panel is repeated at agreed intervals, and each change to the protocol is justified by the measured trend. This cadence keeps the interval between decisions short.
