Consultations are held online via video call. Cyprus time (EET/EEST, UTC+2/+3) is nearly identical to Kyiv time, so appointments fall within regular daytime and evening hours. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is managed remotely: the initial consultation takes about an hour and covers medical history, existing lab results, and protocol goals. Sessions are conducted in Russian, English, or Ukrainian — relevant for the large Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking communities of Limassol and Paphos.
The 50+ biomarker panel can be drawn at Bioiatriki, NIPD Genetics, or Synlab, with branches in Limassol, Nicosia, and Paphos. Before the visit, the patient receives a structured list of the required markers to hand to the laboratory administrator. Results are uploaded to the patient portal or sent directly; interpretation takes place during the consultation, with each laboratory's own reference ranges taken into account.
Payment for consultations and follow-up is made in EUR. Between consultations, weekly check-ins are scheduled: the patient reports self-monitoring data and any changes in symptoms, and the protocol is adjusted based on biomarker dynamics rather than a fixed template. Repeat control panels are ordered as needed, typically at the end of each protocol stage, so that every modification rests on objective laboratory data.
