Description

Harmaline 99% Extract is a precision biocomplex for metabolic regulation — built around Peganum harmala β-carbolines that directly target insulin signaling, pancreatic β-cell proliferation, and thyroid-driven metabolism. Designed for blood glucose, weight, and cellular-energy support. Manufactured by PP Labs Compounding Pharmacy, Chalandri, Greece. 50 vegetarian capsules per jar.

💊 Composition (per capsule):

▪︎ Chlorella Yaeyama Japan — 400 mg

▪︎ Thyroid Extract — 12 mg

▪︎ Peganum harmala 98% Harmine HCL — 8 mg

🔬 Mechanisms of action:

▪︎ Reversible MAO-A inhibitor (Ki ≈ 2 nM) and competitive DYRK1A antagonist via harmaline — a rare natural β-cell regenerator

▪︎ Activates IRS-1 → PI3K/Akt insulin signaling and increases endogenous GLP-1

▪︎ Raises NKX6.1 expression and basal insulin secretion, with 3–4× β-cell proliferation ex vivo

▪︎ Chlorella CGF restores IR/IRS-1/Akt phosphorylation and lowers triglycerides, cholesterol, and free fatty acids

▪︎ Porcine thyroid extract delivers T4, T3, T2, T1 and calcitonin in physiological ratios for thermogenesis and energy

✅ Reported clinical effects:

▪︎ Fasting glucose reduction of 22–29% over 8 weeks (RCT, Peganum harmala extract)

▪︎ HbA1c decrease comparable to low-dose metformin

▪︎ Improved insulin sensitivity, lipid profile, and inflammatory markers (TNF-α, NF-κB)

🕒 Directions: Adults — 1 vegetarian capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
