The sixth step is biohacking in its serious meaning: optimization of sleep, hormones, and cognitive function through measurable interventions with a confirmed effect. Not fashionable "trends".

Here the client learns to use wearable trackers (Oura, Whoop, CGM), interpret their own metrics, and manage circadian rhythms. The goal is to turn the retreat effect into a long-term habit.

Architecturally, the villa sits on the violet ridge, below the summit. A sleep lab, a tracker room, a health-coach cabinet, a digital progress panel — four spaces for working with the data of one's own body.

Day 16 · Sleep and circadian-rhythm optimization

Start of work with light exposure, temperature, and evening routine. Testing protocols in the sleep lab.

Day 17 · Biotracker setup

Device selection, activation, training in interpretation. CGM placement on request.

Day 18 · Cognitive profile and plan

Cognitive function testing, selection of a supporting protocol (nutrition, movement, supplements).
