1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phangan Rivals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Phangan Rivals
• You may play as a guest (anonymous) or sign in with Apple
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person; multi-accounting is prohibited

3. Rules of Conduct

When using Phangan Rivals, you agree not to:

• Use exploits, cheats, bots, or modified clients
• Abuse bugs instead of reporting them
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in chat
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to manipulate game economy or exploit vulnerabilities
• Impersonate other players or staff members

4. Game Content & Virtual Items

• All virtual items, currency (PC), and characters are licensed, not sold
• We reserve the right to modify game balance, items, and mechanics at any time
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• Item drop rates are published on our loot odds page

5. Server-Authoritative Gameplay

All game actions (combat, rewards, inventory changes) are validated by our servers. The server's determination of game state is final. Any attempt to bypass server validation will result in account suspension.

6. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, all game data will be deleted within 30 days

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, code, and assets are owned by or licensed to Universum.earth. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

8. Disclaimers

Phangan Rivals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of game progress due to technical issues.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
