Anxiety and mood: questionnaire

Sixteen items about the last two weeks and a few questions about what else matters. The first seven are the GAD-7 anxiety scale, the next nine are the PHQ-9 mood scale; doctors worldwide use both for screening. Answer with your first impression. The questionnaire does not make a diagnosis: the scores show whether anxiety and mood are worth discussing with a doctor and which tests to get at the same time.
