1. Shipping Regions

We ship health supplements and nutraceuticals to 25+ countries worldwide. Primary shipping regions include:

Ukraine — via Nova Poshta (Нова Пошта)
Europe (EU) — via international postal services and courier
Thailand — local delivery and postal services
Other countries — via international postal/courier services

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The cost is displayed before payment confirmation.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Applicable conditions will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped
Tracking information will be provided when available
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. For Ukraine, we recommend specifying your Nova Poshta branch number. You can save your delivery address in your account profile for faster checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at vpereligyn@gmail.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Digital Products & Consultations

Digital products (lab result analyses, PDF reports) are delivered via email and do not require physical shipping. Online consultations are conducted via video call — no delivery applies.
