Refund & Cancellation Policy

Universum.earth — Medical Practice of Dr. Vladimir Pereligyn

1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Universum.earth online store, including health supplements, nutraceuticals, and consultation services. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

2. Refund Eligibility — Physical Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the description
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was not delivered within the estimated timeframe (see Shipping Policy)

Refunds are not available for products that have been opened, used, or consumed, except in the case of defective items.

3. Refund Eligibility — Consultations & Services

  • Consultation bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund
  • If a consultation is cancelled by Dr. Pereligyn, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us at vpereligyn@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return and refund after receiving the product (see Section 2).

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email vpereligyn@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for the refund
  3. For damaged/defective products, attach photos of the product and packaging
  4. We will respond within 3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Returns & Exchanges

To return a product, contact us first to receive return instructions. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are available for the same product in case of shipping damage. For a different product, please return the original and place a new order.

8. Exceptions

  • Custom-mixed supplements or personalized formulations are non-refundable
  • Digital products (lab result analysis, PDF reports) are non-refundable once delivered
  • Expedition/tour deposits follow separate cancellation terms specified at booking
