Privacy Policy

No Data Collection

Teremok does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The app operates entirely on your device. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to access your information.

Location Data

Teremok requests your location to provide accurate local weather, air quality, UV index, and other environmental data. Your coordinates are used only to query public weather APIs and are never stored or transmitted to our servers. Location processing happens entirely on your device.

You can deny location access at any time. In this case, you can manually enter a city name to receive weather data.

Health Profile

You may optionally configure a health profile (age, gender, chronic conditions) to personalize your Wellness Index. This data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and never leaves your device.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Teremok offers optional in-app purchases (annual subscription and lifetime unlock). All purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. Apple does not share your Apple ID, name, email, or payment details with us. We only receive a transaction identifier (transactionId), the product identifier (productId), and the purchase timestamp from StoreKit.

A Firebase Cloud Function records the anonymized transactionId and productId in a server-side collection (iap_transactions) solely for deduplication and abuse prevention. No Apple ID and no personally identifiable information are stored on our servers.

Subscription management. Auto-renewing subscriptions are managed in your Apple account: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. To avoid renewal, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Once purchased, the current period cannot be cancelled mid-cycle — this is Apple's standard policy.

Apple's StoreKit handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.

No Analytics or Tracking

Teremok contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or any similar services. Your usage patterns are never monitored or shared.

No Account Required

Teremok does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation. The app works fully offline from the moment you download it. No email, name, or personal information is ever requested.

Third-Party Weather Services

Teremok fetches environmental data from public APIs (weather, air quality, pollen). Only your approximate location coordinates are sent to these services — no personal identifiers. These services have their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Teremok is not directed at children under 4. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
