1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phangan Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Phangan Games
• You may play as a guest (anonymous) or sign in with your account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person; multi-accounting is prohibited

3. Rules of Conduct

When using Phangan Games, you agree not to:

• Use exploits, cheats, bots, or modified clients
• Spoof or fake your GPS location
• Abuse bugs instead of reporting them
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to manipulate the game economy

4. Game Content & Virtual Items

• All virtual items, currency (Phangan Coins), and rewards are licensed, not sold
• We reserve the right to modify game balance, items, and mechanics at any time
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

5. Location-Based Gameplay

Phangan Games uses your real-world location for gameplay. By using the app, you acknowledge:

• Always be aware of your surroundings while playing
• Do not play while driving, cycling, or in dangerous areas
• Respect private property and local laws
• You are solely responsible for your safety during gameplay
• We are not liable for any injuries or incidents during play

6. In-App Purchases

• Consumable in-app purchases (Phangan Coins) are processed through Apple's App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

7. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create within the app
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app
• We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms
• Report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting feature

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, all game data will be deleted within 30 days

9. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, code, and assets are owned by or licensed to Universum.earth. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

10. Disclaimers

Phangan Games is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of game progress due to technical issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
