Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted. We use Firebase security rules to protect your data, with limited access on a need-to-know basis. Location accuracy is limited to quest requirements (typically 50–100 meters), and real-time location data is deleted after validation.

Your Privacy Rights

• View Data: Request a copy of your personal data
• Update Information: Modify your profile and preferences in the app
• Delete Account: Request permanent deletion of your account and data
• Disable Location: Turn off location services (disables core gameplay)
• Notification Control: Manage push notification preferences

Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data retained while active + 30 days after deletion request
• Location History: Anti-cheat data retained for 90 days maximum
• Inactive Accounts: Automatically deleted after 2 years
• Messages: Multiplayer messages retained for 30 days

Children's Privacy

Phangan Games is designed for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
