Getting Started: Observation Phase

The key tool is tracking your real-life eating habits.


Send photos of all meals, snacks, and drinks — whether homemade or from a restaurant.

Time doesn’t matter — even late-night.

The first 2–3 days are for passive observation to assess your baseline.


Then we begin gradual adjustments — nutrition, daily routine, key nutrients, and recovery.


When using a glucose or ketone sensor, I connect to the data and monitor your body’s responses in real time.
